TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICERS

We are hiring for  Inbound Technical Support Services for U.S and Canadian Customers
We have 6 vacancies for the position of  Tech. sales  officer.
Gender             :   Male / Female 
Shift Timings   :   Night Shift – 8.30pm to 6.30am
Working Days :   5 days working , 2 days off are not fixed. Any two consecutive days subject to change.
Job Location    :  Gurgaon , Near Iffco Chowk Metro station 
Experience       :   6 Months – 3 Years. Fresher can be considered provided they have excellent communication skills 
Transportation :  As of now we are providing Metro pass , however if we get people for a feasible route we will not hesitate to provide cabs
Joining              :  Immediately , i.e. from Monday 25th February 2013.
Salary               :   From 14K to over 30K depending upon the profile of the Candidates.
Incentives         :   No cap on Incentives. 50% of the incentives will be handed over to the resource in the same month of earning it and the rest 50% in the following month

Job Role - To listen to the customers problem , diagnose it
