Qualification: MBA HR/Male
Experience: 3-5 yrs exp.writing
Responsibilities: 1.Independently handling entire gamut of recruitment.
* Taking care of Manpower Planning, , head-hunting , out of the box think is required to develop new recruitment methods , strategy for recruitment source & process.
* Maintaining skill matrix and MIS on a regular basis.
Creating JD`s based on specifications, review & select candidates, closing the vacancies & completing the Joining Formalities.
2.Practical knowledge of executing HR processes with ability to relate to people across all the hierarchical levels in the organization.
3.Capable of maintaining harmonious employee relations among management & workers through efficient administration processes.
4.Updating and providing adherence of HR Policies with regard to recruitment, leave, attendance, etc.
5.Assessing feedback, evaluating & providing critical feedback on areas of improvements, Coordinating / following up with various internal and external departments.
6.Bulk hiring experience is preferred.
7.Willing to travel in semi urban and rural areas.
8.Own Conveyance Must.
